This enables you to create an entirely windproof and waterproof seal by tucking the outer shell over your cuff and the inner membrane beneath your jacket sleeve. Regardless of what the weatherman says, the Gore-Tex membrane keeps your hands dry and the PrimaLoft with Grip control offers significant insulation without sacrificing tactile input.
